What to pack

The entry guide says ETIAS is expected to start in late 2026, which brackets your October trip. Check the official ETIAS site now rather than the week before you fly, and confirm your passport was issued within the last 10 years and stays valid three months past 27 October.

The EU's Entry/Exit System photographs and fingerprints non-EU visitors at the first crossing, so arrival can run long. Have your return booking and Riga accommodation address on your phone, since officers can ask for both.
